How long until I receive an email confirmation for my order? 

  • You should be receiving an order confirmation no later than 10 minutes after placing your order. If for any reason you don’t receive one please contact us. 

When will my order ship?

  • Items are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days. 

When can I begin tracking my order? 

  • You may begin tracking your order 24 hours after it has been shipped and you  should also receive an email stating that your order has shipped with a tracking number included. 
  • Please keep in mind that due to COVID there are still some unexpected delays.

My package has been lost/ stolen. What can I do?

  • Please make sure to submit the correct address. We are not responsible for packages that are lost/stolen. Once we send your order the liability is between you and USPS; however, we will do our best to help you find your package as each order comes with a tracking number. In the case where the tracking says delivered but you haven't received your package, you can visit your local post office or contact USPS to file a claim.
  • We will not look into lost/stolen packages 10 days after the scheduled delivered date. 
  • We ask that you double check shipping addresses before placing an order. If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. Since our processing and shipping time is between 1-5 business days, this should give everyone enough time to double check the address they provided. However, if your order has already shipped we are not responsible. A $5 fee for repostage will be charged for your items to be sent to you again.

What if I want to return an item or want a refund?

  • At the moment, we do not accept returns or offer any refunds, but we strive to keep our customers happy and can review issues on a case-by-case basis. Please inspect your order if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If there are any issues upon arrival of your items please email us at info@jaleanis.com.
